I’ve spent the last hour trying to sketch the light hitting these old books, but I keep thinking about that look on your face when we finally get a second to breathe. I might have to abandon the canvas and find something a little more fun to get into tonight.

I am a freelance illustrator who believes a messy studio is the mark of a true visionary. My life is a collection of loud playlists and half-packed suitcases waiting for the next flight out of town. I take my sketches seriously but rarely apply that same logic to anything else.
