This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) describes the types of information collected and processed by Lovix media, referred to as “Lovix,” “we,” “our,” or “us.”
We prioritize the protection of your information. All user and product data handled by Lovix is encrypted both at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES encryption and TLS 1.3 protocols. Our databases are hosted on platforms certified under SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR, and PCI DSS standards, ensuring secure storage and transmission.
This Policy applies to all websites, mobile applications, electronic/digital products, and services provided by Lovix that link to this Policy, as well as our offline services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the practices outlined in this Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from accessing or using the Services.
Undefined capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Lovix Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information based on your interactions with our Services. Certain information is necessary to provide the Services; without it, access may be limited. We gather data directly from you, automatically from your usage, and from third-party sources.
Information You Provide Directly: This includes data submitted when registering, using the Services, communicating with us, or participating in promotions. Examples include:
- Email address;
- Username;
- Payment information (processed via third-party vendors);
- User Content (e.g., chat communications, images, shared AI characters or models);
- Communications with us.
Providing this information is optional, but it may be required for certain features.
Information Collected Automatically: Using cookies, web beacons, and tracking technologies (via us or third parties like Google Analytics), we collect:
- Browser type, operating system, domain name;
- Access time, referring/exit pages, page views;
- IP address, unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, Android ID);
- Service version, device type;
- Usage frequency and engagement data.
We use this for analytics, personalization, and Service improvement.
Information from Other Sources: This includes referrals from other users, interactions with our social media, or connections via third-party accounts (e.g., Facebook, Google). We collect permitted data from these accounts to facilitate connections.
2. How We Use the Information We Collect

We disclose information in these scenarios:

- Vendors: To those performing services (e.g., storage, payment, analytics, support, marketing).
- Safety and Protection: If necessary to protect Lovix, users, or others, or enforce agreements.
- Advertising and Analytics: Potentially with partners for ads and insights (using cookies/tracking).
- Legal Requirements: To comply with laws, subpoenas, or regulations.
- Business Transfers: In mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.;
- User Content: Publicly shared content (e.g., shared AI characters) may be visible to others.
- With Consent: As directed by you (e.g., referrals).
4. Online Analytics and Tailored Advertising
We use analytics like Google Analytics for usage insights. Opt out via Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
For potential tailored advertising, third parties may use tracking to serve relevant ads. Opt out via NAI Consumer Opt-Out, DAA Consumer Opt-Out, European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance, or Google Ads Settings. Opting out may still show non-tailored ads.
5. Your Choices
- Profile Management: Update, correct, or delete information via your account; deactivate accounts.
- Marketing Communications: Unsubscribe via email links (administrative emails continue).
- Cookies/Analytics: Follow browser instructions or opt-out tools.
- Rights to Your Information: Depending on jurisdiction, request access, copies, updates, deletions, restrictions, transfers, or opt-outs. We verify identity; exemptions apply for legal/security reasons. No discrimination for exercising rights. 6. Regional Privacy Disclosures
EEA and UK Residents: We are the data controller. Legal grounds: contractual commitments, consent, legitimate interests (e.g., service improvement, fraud prevention), legal compliance. Lodge complaints with authorities, but contact us first.
Nevada Residents: Opt out of sales via help.lovix@gmail.com with “Nevada Do Not Sell Request.” We do not currently sell data.
California Residents (CCPA): Categories collected/disclosed: identifiers, financial info, transactional data, network activity, geolocation, audio/video, voluntary info, inferences. Sensitive: account credentials, voluntary disclosures. Purposes/sources/disclosures as in Sections 1-3. No “sales/sharing” of minors' data. Opt out of sharing via tailored advertising tools. Retention: As needed (Section 9). Rights: As in Section 5; limit sensitive data use (we comply inherently).
We do not respond to Do-Not-Track signals pending industry standards.
7. Children's Privacy
Services are for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from under-18s; accounts will be deleted if discovered.
8. Security
We use technical, administrative, and physical safeguards against unauthorized access. However, no transmission is fully secure.
9. Data Retention
Retain as necessary for purposes, then delete/aggregate. May keep for legal/dispute reasons. Popular public AI characters may persist anonymously to maintain user experience.
10. International Transfers
Data may be processed in the US or other countries with differing laws. By using Services, you consent.
11. Links to Third-Party Websites
Not responsible for third-party practices; review their policies.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update; material changes notified. Continued use confirms acceptance.
13. Right to Be Forgotten
Request erasure where no ongoing need; we comply unless legally required otherwise. Object to processing impacting rights.
14. Time Limit to Respond
Respond within one month (extendable for complex requests).
