What's happening with lovix

Hi! Here's an honest update. On November 1, our hosting provider had an outage, and the servers running our website and payment services stopped responding. We've moved lovix to new servers and are bringing everything back step by step.

Because of the outage, payments, sign-ups and messages made on or after November 1 may not have been saved. We really don't want anyone to lose what they paid for: if you paid for a subscription or a purchase and don't see it in your account, email us at support@lovix.ai — we'll check your payment and restore your access.
